Spyralle Teardrop Necklace and Earrings

The Teardrops series consists of a necklace with matching earrings sold separately. Five colors are available at Jewelry Fair.

Here is a portion of the fractal image I used as the base for this form.

The original art, full size and in full color, is on display, though not for sale, at the Spyralle shop at Jewelry Fair. I used the teardrop shaped portion of the image as a base to create the 3-dimensional bead forms.

Teardrop Bead Front & Side Views

The teardrop beads are graduated in size for the necklace and spaced with crystal beads, secured with a barrel clasp. All meshes and textures are original.

The pearlescent quality of the glass is present in the fractal image, created by a coloring algorithm overlay. It shows beautifully how well these images work as surface textures in virtual environments.
