Faces: Futurewave Past

The Other World having taken relentless hold on me these last few months, this blog has been neglected, and I did not get my new releases for Futurewave posted during the event.  The reserved releases will be back in the store, however, within the next few days, so here they are now.

The next module was a Futurewave exclusive and will not be available again, although I may release a single jewel version to go with the tattoos.

The Astra tattoos were not exclusive, so they will most likely be back in some form.

The star pattern is a result of using a kaleidoscope mapping on a fractal I’ve been working with for a while.  Here is a monochrome version of the layer composite without the kaleidoscope. The little glow balloons are typical Gaussian integer coloring, which behaves very unpredictably in this formula. The star looked like some kind of undersea creature, so I was greatly tempted to use it in my project for A Tattered Page, in preparation at the time, but that one went in a different direction, to be seen in an upcoming post.

The outfit is from Gallactic, a 2014 Futurewave release. The hair is from BooN, and the skin is Glam Affair, using a no-brow option. Eyes by IKON.
